General guidelines for abstract submission:

One email address must be given for each author of the abstract. Only the presenting authors email will appear in the abstract book, the others will appear in the author list.

Confirm that the email addresses given in the abstract submission form are the same as the ones used for registration to the meeting. This is the only way we can connect abstracts with authors when making the author list of the abstract book.

The maximum length of the abstract is 3000 characters including spaces and HTML characters. Since these control characters are counted it is better to include them when writing the first draft. The title, names, affiliations etc. are not counted.

A maximum of three references may be given for each abstract. If the reference is not yet published, replace the journal title in the Journal field with either "manuscript in preparation", "submitted" or "Journal title (accepted)". In the abstract text, use the formatting (1) (2) and (3) for the references. There is no limit to the number of authors for each abstract.

There is a preview function for your abstract, be sure to use it in order to confirm the appearance of your abstract.

Abstract submission is on-line only. You can find the abstract submission form here.
